DAA Sports Event - Soccer Game, Saturday, 25th of April 2026

Join us for an exciting MLS showdown as D.C. United takes on Orlando City SC on April 25th ! Expect fast-paced action, passionate fans, and unforgettable moments on the pitch. Don’t miss your chance to be part of the thrill along with your DAA comrades !

Limited attendance event: open only for DAA members and their families - only 70 tickets available on a "first come - first served" basis.

Program (schedule of events)

* 18:00- Gathering in front of Gate A – Located on the Northeast corner of the stadium at the corner of Potomac Ave SW 7 1st St SW, where the tickets will be distributed; Plan for heavy traffic, street closure and large crowds entering the Arena in the same time. Plan to arrive by 18:30 to be able to receive your ticket.

* 18:30 - Enter the doors / security check - enough time to purchase food and drinks from the restaurant and go to the assigned seats. All the tickets will be distributed along with a 20 USD food credit.

* 19:30- Game starts, Enjoy Fun Time!

Dress code: Civilian casual, dress for the weather and for such game!

Cost: 5 USD / person, covers the ticket and food voucher ( registration is limited only to DAA members and their family), online payment.

Limitations:

NO BAGS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE ARENA if they are larger than 14” x 14” x 6”. All attendees must go through metal detectors at the entrance and all bags and personal items will be searched.

Backpacks, luggage, and large purses are NOT allowed

Bags are discouraged altogether to enter faster.

Parking: There are several parking options available in the area within 5-15 minutes walking, but can be expensive and might need pre-booking on game days. The best way to get there is to use Metro public transportation system (Green Line) or use ride-sharing (pickup/drop-off near Nationals Park).

Mr. David R. Shedd,

former Acting Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency

Mr. Shedd spent nearly 33 years in the U.S. intelligence and national security community, including service at the CIA, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, and the White House/National Security Council. He retired in 2015 from government service as the Acting Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, following four years as its Deputy Director. He currently is a national security consultant and serves on several corporate boards while also dedicating extensive time to non-profit NGO endeavors. He recently published a book, The Great Heist: China’s Epic Campaign to Steal America’s Secrets (HarperCollins), which examines China’s relentless economic espionage against America.
